Public transportation

How to get to Göttingen
By air
Göttingen is close to the international airports Frankfurt/Main and Hanover.
From Frankfurt Airport (FRA) there is a train connection about every hour (one change at Frankfurt Main Station) and about every two hours even a direct train. Travel time between 2 and 2 1/4 hours.
From Hanover Airport (HAJ) there is as well a train connection every 30 minutes, one change at Hanover main station. Travel time between 1 and 1 1/2 hours.
