Registration is now open!

To register for AIP2023 and make a submission, please click the button below. The deadline for submission of contributed talks and talks in accepted minisymposia  (see Program) is March 20, 2023.

At first you will have to create a user account. Within your account you will be able to register as a conference participant by paying the conference fee and to make a submission.

Conference fees:

Regular 400 €
Student/Ph.D. student 290 €
IPIA members 365 €
IPIA student members 260 €

All conference fees include scientific program, coffee breaks, daily lunch at the “Zentralmensa”, ice breaker on Sunday, social events on Wednesday.

Conference dinner  50 €
incl. beverages and evening talk with Prof. Metin Tolan (President of University of Göttingen)

Cancellation fees:

until August 3:         30 €
August 4 or later:   no cancellation possible

Ice breaker: We invite you to already register on Sunday evening together with drinks and snacks. Registration will also be possible on Monday morning.

Childcare is offered if there are enough interested parties. The fees also depend on it. These can range from 5 to 15 Euro/h. We only collect the possible demand during registration. The information you provide does not yet make a binding booking. We will ask you to book bindingly after publication of the scientific program.

Invitation letter: After payment of the conference fee, an official invitation letter (and also a visa invitation letter) will be available for download in your conftool account.
